New Sweaters For The Guys and A Gift

Here are the sweaters that I crocheted for the guys. What do you all think of them?

As I mentioned before, I found a pattern on the internet for a basic Barbie sweater. Here, I altered the pattern to make sweaters for Ace and Cruz. I purposely used them as models, figuring if the sweaters fit them, they'd fit the Kens as well.

Ace and Cruz couldn't resist striking a pose for the camera.

I made this one a little bit shorter to fit Arty better.

Looks like he couldn't resist striking his own pose.

I plan to make more sweaters for both the guys and girls, altering the pattern for different looks.

I know I said I wasn't getting any more dolls, and I didn't. This lady was a gift from Marianne. She will be re-bodied and given a Moreville life and identity.

Isn't she just beautiful? Thanks Marianne!

I hope to be getting back to posting stories again soon. I'm still in the middle of re-organizing Moreville so that I can find things without having to hunt around. I've made some progress, but I still have more to do. When it's all done, the residents will be able to start "telling" me their stories again. They don't like to stay quiet for very long. :-)

Thanks! I was really happy with the way the sweaters turned out. I'm currently working on another one for the girls. I used hook size "F" 3.75MM and fingerling (number 1) yarn. I really love my new resident! She's simply gorgeous! :-)

    1. Hi Lisa and welcome to my blog!
Thanks! The pattern is very basic, and I like the fact that I can change it any way I want to. I can follow a pattern but prefer to design my own. I really love your 1:6 scale town with all the store fronts! I'd like to do something like that in the future, but I need to get a house with more space first. LOL :-)
